How to change your mHawala Pin

If you want to change your mHawala Pin, please follow the below

• Dial *711#
• Select option 5 from the menu and reply with ok.
• Select 3 and press ok.
• Enter your old PIN and press ok.
• Enter your new PIN and press ok.
• Re-enter your PIN and press ok.
• You would receive a successful SMS notification on your mobile phone.

How to change your mHawala language

If you want to change your mHawala language, please follow the below

• Dial *711#
• Select option 5 from the menu and reply with ok.
• Select 4 and press ok.
• 1-Dari – 2-Pashto – 3- English, and press ok.
• Enter your mHawala PIN and press ok.
• You would receive a successful SMS notification on your mobile phone.
